How do I register?
You may register online until May 18, 2018. Online secure payment may be made with American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Payment may be made by check, but it must reach Jenzabar by the published registration deadline date or the next registration rate will apply. Purchase orders are not recognized as a form of payment. When you have successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation along with login information that will allow you to return and modify your registration as needed. All JAM registrations must be completed and paid in full by May 18, 2018. To obtain discount registration rates, payment must be received by the published registration deadline. Cancellations must be received in writing to JAM@jenzabar.com by April 27, 2018. Please refer to the JAM Registration Terms & Conditions for more information.
What does it cost to attend?
JAM registration fees are based on when registration is completed and payment is received. JAM offers discounts for groups of five or more attendees from the same institution, but registrations must be entered in one consecutive process.

What does my full JAM Conference Registration fee include?

Note: There are additional fees to attend Pre-Conference Seminars and the Executive Summit. Registration Fees do not include hotel accommodations or travel arrangements. Payment must be received by the registration deadline date to secure the published registration rate.
Are 1-day passes available?
Individual day passes are available for purchase should you be attending only a day or two. When attending 3 or more days, a standard JAM registration is a more cost-effective option.

What if I am entering registrations for multiple attendees from my school?
You may enter multiple registrations in one convenient process. After entering the first registration, if you wish to add another attendee from the same institution, please select the continue button. Repeat this process for all additional registrations. When the last registration has been entered, select the check-out button and proceed to complete the registration process.
JAM offers discounts for groups of six or more attendees from the same institution, but registrations must be entered in one consecutive process by selecting the appropriate Group Registration option. The group discount will be applied to each paying JAM registration at check-out.
Do complimentary registrations count towards the group discount threshold?
Group discounts are based on the number of registrants from a school regardless of their registration fee. However, the group must register together at the same time for the appropriate discount to apply to the registration fees.
How do I know if I’ve completed my registration?
After you have completed a successful JAM registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation including your password and invoice if applicable. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email an inquiry to JAM@jenzabar.com.
Where do I mail my conference registration payment?
If you are paying by check, please make check payable to Jenzabar and mail to the address below. Payment must reach Jenzabar by the registration deadline date or the next registration rate will apply. Purchase orders are not recognized as a form of payment.

May I bring a guest?
JAM attendees are welcome to purchase guest tickets for breakfasts ($25 each), lunches ($40 each), welcome reception ($30) and/or the JAM Party ($75). Due to security and monitoring of attendance, tickets will be checked at the door for accompanying guests. A JAM Party ticket includes round-trip transportation, admission and dinner. Advance purchase is required and payment for guest tickets must be received by May 18, 2018. Guest tickets are available for purchase online only – tickets will not be sold on-site.
Select the Add a Guest option in the registration area. If you have already registered for JAM, you may modify your registration by using your email and password to retrieve your data, add a guest and submit payment. Attendance to all other conference programs is limited to registered Jenzabar clients, employees and invited partners.
Advance purchased guest tickets will be available for collection during registration.
How do I pay for my guest ticket separately from my JAM registration fee?

How do I cancel my JAM registration?
If you can no longer attend JAM, please email your cancellation request to JAM@jenzabar.com by April 27, 2018. A refund, if applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment. If you fail to notify JAM of your cancellation by April 27, 2018 you will be responsible the full registration amount. No refunds will be available after April 27, 2018. There will be no refunds due to weather or other travel delays.
What is the JAM cancellation policy?
You may cancel and receive a full refund in the form of original payment if we are notified of your cancellation to JAM@jenzabar.com by April 27, 2018. After that date, you may send a substitute, but no refund will be issued. If you fail to notify JAM of your cancellation by April 27, 2018, you will be responsible for the full registration amount and no refunds will be issued. If you cancel as part of a discounted group, and the group falls below the discounted level, the rate for all attendees within that group will be recalculated to reflect the non-discounted rate and your refund will reflect the change to the rates or the group will be billed for any balance due. No refunds will be available for registration changes or cancellations after April 27, 2018. There will be no refunds due to weather or travel delays. If you do not attend JAM, you are ineligible to receive any JAM give away gifts, prizes, or other conference related materials. The JAM cancellation policy applies to all JAM programs including, but not limited to, Pre-Conference Program, Executive Summit and guest tickets. What is the confirmation and cancellation policy for Pre-conference classes?
Pre-conference classes are not included in the JAM registration cost. Attendees interested in Pre-conference classes should register by April 27, 2018 as Jenzabar may cancel a class should it fail to have at least 5 registrations by that date. All payments for Pre-conference classes must be made by April 27, 2018 or your attendance may be cancelled. Registration for a Pre-conference class is not considered confirmed until payment is received. Any possible Pre-conference class cancellations will be determined by April 27, 2018. Jenzabar will notify registrants of the cancellation and provide an exchange or refund for that class. The JAM Cancellation Policy applies to Pre-Conference Seminar and Lab classes.
Can I modify my registration online?
To add or change information in your registration data, go to the JAM website. Select the Modify Your Registration under “Registration” option from the left side of the page and enter your email and password that was sent to you in the JAM registration email confirmation. Online registration will close at 5pm ET on May 18, 2018.
What do I need to do if I am replacing someone who has already registered for the conference?
Please send an e-mail to JAM@jenzabar.com with the names of the replacements. We will make the necessary changes and provide you with instructions on how to complete the substitution.
What is the Attendee Service Center?
After you have successfully completed registration, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your password. This code allows you to return online and edit your conference data, add guests, make payments, etc. through May 18, 2018. The Attendee Service Center is located under “Registration” from the left side of the page.
What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
If you no longer have the password that was sent in the JAM registration email confirmation, you can return to the JAM website and have it resent. Select the “Modify Your Registration” under “Registration” option from the left side of the page and enter your email address at the Attendee Service Center and the password will be emailed to you.
How do I print an invoice?
If you institution requires an invoice, please use the invoice emailed with the registration confirmation at the end of the registration process. If you have completed the registration process, you may obtain an invoice by selecting the Modify Your Existing Registration option, and entering your email and password. Proceed to the Registration Payment page and select the invoice/statement icon.
What if I lose my JAM badge?
Each attendee is issued a name badge during onsite registration. The badge must be worn during conference and allows access to JAM sessions, meals and events. If a badge is lost or damaged, a $25 replacement fee will be charged.
For security reasons, badge swapping is not permitted. Anyone found wearing a badge that does not match his/her identification will be removed from the conference without a refund. In addition, the badge/name will be cancelled without a refund.
