JAM 2020 UPDATE:
During these challenging times, we want to assure you that the health and safety of our clients, partners, and employees are of the utmost importance to Jenzabar. After careful consideration of the recommendations from the CDC, adherence to government guidelines, and our ability to ensure the high-quality conference experience you expect, we have decided to cancel JAM 2020 in Orlando. We deeply regret the loss of opportunities to learn, share, and connect in person, as well as any inconvenience this decision may cause you or your institution. Please know that this decision was not taken lightly, as we look forward all year to engaging with you at JAM.
Despite not being able to interact in person, we still have important opportunities, updates and announcements that we want to share with you. Therefore, we will offer some vital presentations through a virtual format. We ask for your patience and cooperation during this unprecedented time as we work to organize logistics. We will communicate with clients through email and on this website as they become available.
We look forward to being together again in person this fall at the Regional User Group (RUG) meetings and next year in Dallas for JAM 2021, June 2-5, 2021. Stay tuned for more details on these events!

All registration payments received can be refunded in the original form of payment. There is no need to contact the JAM Team to initiate this reimbursement unless:
a) you would like the form of refund to be different from form of payment (i.e. you paid by credit card but now wish to have the institution refunded by check)
b) you would like to have your payment credited to a JAM 2021 registration
If you would like either of these options, please contact JAM@jenzabar.com by March 31, otherwise we will process refunds in the original form of payment beginning April 1. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for refunds to be processed. Please note that complimentary registrations, such as JPP/Maintenance passes, will not be carried forward to JAM 2021.
We are unable to provide refunds for any travel expenses. For those who have already made travel arrangements, please contact your hotel and airline provider directly to cancel your reservations. Please note that many airlines are now being more flexible with their change and cancellation policies. Hyatt Regency Orlando reservations may be cancelled online. We have prepared documentation to support your requests for refunds from travel agencies and airlines.
