We are continually monitoring the CDC and other public health organizations regarding the outbreak of COVID-19 around the world. Jenzabar remains committed to supporting your institution through this unprecedented scenario.
We understand that technology plays an important role in the everyday lives of your students and your institution. As such, we have taken steps to ensure that you, your team, and your students have the resources and means to operate as seamlessly as possible in this unique situation.
The safety and well-being of your students, your staff, and your employees are of the utmost importance to us. So, as you take steps to encourage your students and personnel to be remote, we have similarly encouraged our employees to work remotely. Rest assured that we have made investments to ensure that you will not notice a difference in our support to drive your success.
We are taking the COVID-19 outbreak extremely seriously and we will continue to provide you with updates as the situation evolves. We will also update this page with new information as it becomes available.
Thank you for your continued trust and partnership as we navigate and find the best way through this unprecedented scenario together.

During these challenging times, we want to assure you that the health and safety of our clients, partners, and employees are of the utmost importance to Jenzabar. After careful consideration of the recommendations from the CDC, adherence to government guidelines, and our ability to ensure the high-quality conference experience you expect, we have decided to cancel JAM 2020 in Orlando.
Despite not being able to interact in person, we still have important opportunities, updates, and announcements that we want to share with you. JAM 2020 Online will offer 35+ virtual sessions from May 26-29, 2020.
We look forward to being together again in person this fall at the Regional User Group (RUG) meetings and in Dallas, Texas for JAM 2021, June 2-5, 2021. Stay tuned for more details on these events! We hope everyone remains healthy and safe.
All registration payments received will be automatically refunded in the original form of payment. There is no need to contact the JAM Team to initiate this reimbursement. Please allow four to six weeks for refunds to be processed.
We are unable to provide refunds for any travel expenses. For those who have already made travel arrangements, please contact your hotel and airline provider directly to cancel your reservations. Please note that many airlines are now being more flexible with their change and cancellation policies. Hyatt Regency Orlando reservations may cancelled online. We have prepared documentation to support your requests for refunds from travel agencies and airlines.
