We always love getting to attend the AACRAO annual meeting, and AACRAO 2017 might just be the best year yet! We loved reconnecting with peers, building new connections, and getting inspired by industry-leaders.
Plus, this year was made all the more exciting by the success and excitement surrounding our newest solution, Jenzabar GPS—a data-driven platform that supports the full student lifecycle, including college readiness, retention, on-time graduation, and career preparedness.
During the show, Amy LaBaugh, Vice President of Student Life at Brigham Young University-Idaho, and Eileen Smith, Jenzabar Vice President of Marketing, got together to talk about Jenzabar GPS and what it takes to drive student success. In the presentation, Guided Pathways to Success: Empower Students Through to Completion and Beyond, LaBaugh shared how BYU-Idaho successfully implemented Jenzabar GPS to empower their 44,800 students throughout their higher education journeys.
“Jenzabar GPS takes students from ‘Are you prepared for college courses?’ to ‘Here are pathways available to you,’” says LaBaugh. “It’s a robust solution that supports the entire student lifecycle. It encompasses everything a student needs to do to be successful in one system.”
Plus, take a look at the numbers. “Reducing the number of credits at graduation reduces our advising cost per student,” explains LaBaugh. In other words, “One credit saved means $1 million back to the university.”
We’re passionate about student success and believe that Jenzabar GPS is a unique, end-to-end solution. It meets your students where they are today and provides them with the necessary tools and guidance for success in the future.
