We’re in Denver for the EDUCAUSE Connect conference where this afternoon we’ll be sponsoring and presenting a session that will explore behaviors that can lead to the recruitment and retention of a diverse workforce.
This highly interactive session will help attendees diversify their IT unit on campus through improved recruitment and retention practices. Research shows that diverse teams outperform teams without gender and racial diversity, and even high-ability problem solvers. Changing results means changing behaviors based on new knowledge. This session will provide attendees with knowledge and opportunities to practice new behaviors.
