As Chairman and CEO, Bob led Jenzabar’s transformation from a dot-com start-up to an industry-leading enterprise solution provider. Prior to joining Jenzabar, Bob held the positions of Senior Partner and Director at Bain & Company, a leading global business and strategy consulting firm. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master of Liberal Arts in government from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton.

Ling Chai Maginn
President & Chief Executive Officer

Ling founded Jenzabar in 1998 and has previously served as CEO and Chairman of the Board. Prior to Jenzabar, she worked as a consultant at Bain & Company, a leading global business and strategy consulting firm. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master of Liberal Arts in public affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University, and an undergraduate degree from Beijing University. Patricia Barnett
Vice President, Human Resources

Pat leads all Human Resource initiatives to benefit the associates of Jenzabar and has been with the company for over 30 years. Pat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Kennedy Western University. She has held a Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification with the Society of Human Resources for over 12 years, and also holds a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) Certification.

Ben Bassett
Executive Vice President and General Manager

Ben drives the strategic direction of Jenzabar’s Managed Services division and leads the Technical Services and Support teams. Prior to the company’s acquisition by Jenzabar, Ben served as President of Campus America. He began his career in software development at The POISE Company (later acquired by Campus America) where he worked in and eventually led nearly all areas of the organization (Support, Professional Services, Sales, and Product Development). Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science from Plymouth State University.

Mimi Flanagan
Vice President, Finance

Mimi leads Jenzabar’s Finance and Information Technology departments. Prior to joining Jenzabar, she held the position of Vice President of Finance and Administration at Windham Professionals, a privately held service organization, where she was responsible for all accounting, revenue processing, information technology, and human resources functions. Mimi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.

Cameron Pforr
Vice President, Strategy

Cameron leads corporate strategy and development for Jenzabar, augmenting the company’s product portfolio through strategic partnerships, investments, and acquisitions. Prior to Jenzabar, Cameron led business and corporate development at Permabit, guided WhipTail as its President and CFO, and served technology industry clients as an investment banker with Revolution Partners, Deutsche Bank Securities, and BT Alex Brown, and as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company. Cameron holds a Master's of Business Administration in Finance from The Wharton School-University of Pennsylvania, a Master's degree in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the College of William and Mary.

David Kaupp
Vice President of Marketing

David leads corporate and product marketing for Jenzabar, responsible for strengthening the company’s brand through integrated marketing programs that support demand generation, sales enablement, thought leadership, and product development. David has nearly 30 years of experience leading many marketing departments and branding initiatives for start-ups, private, and public companies that resulted in measurable growth and success. Prior to Jenzabar, David formerly owned an advertising agency that staffed marketing and technology teams designed to increase market share in both domestic and international B2B/B2C markets. He has also held marketing executive positions at award-winning companies such as Xeros and Converge. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing from Boston College.

Peter Tyrrell
Chief Revenue Officer

Pete is an accomplished sales executive who is known for outstanding leadership as well as improving sales methodologies and building teams that exceed goals. Most recently as the Chief Revenue Officer at SmartBear, he increased growth rates, significantly improved sales productivity, and reduced turnover. Pete has a proven track record of creating operational excellence and driving growth. He has led sales teams at Digital Guardian, 170 Systems, Inc., ArrowPoint Communications, and Parametric Technology Corporation.

Les Zimmerman
Vice President of Product Development

Les is a product leader and visionary with a record of successfully delivering solutions for higher education success.  He started his software development career at Jenzabar as a programmer analyst and has moved up through the company over the last twenty-five years as an application architect/developer, database administrator, and director of product of development.  Before joining Jenzabar, Zimmerman worked as a software engineer at a property casualty insurance company.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bridgewater College.
