As Chairman and CEO, Bob led Jenzabar’s transformation from a dot-com start-up to an industry-leading enterprise solution provider. Prior to joining Jenzabar, Bob held the positions of Senior Partner and Director at Bain & Company, a leading global business and strategy consulting firm. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master of Liberal Arts in government from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton.
Ling founded Jenzabar in 1998 and has previously served as CEO and Chairman of the Board. Prior to Jenzabar, she worked as a consultant at Bain & Company, a leading global business and strategy consulting firm. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master of Liberal Arts in public affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University, and an undergraduate degree from Beijing University.
Pat leads all Human Resource initiatives to benefit the associates of Jenzabar and has been with the company for over 30 years. Pat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Kennedy Western University. She has held a Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification with the Society of Human Resources for over 12 years, and also holds a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) Certification.
Ben drives the strategic direction of Jenzabar’s Managed Services division and leads the Technical Services and Support teams. Prior to the company’s acquisition by Jenzabar, Ben served as President of Campus America. He began his career in software development at The POISE Company (later acquired by Campus America) where he worked in and eventually led nearly all areas of the organization (Support, Professional Services, Sales, and Product Development). Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science from Plymouth State University.
Sam drives the strategic direction and leads Product Development for Jenzabar solutions. Sam also heads Jenzabar’s Client Account Management group. A former Dean of Student Enrollment at Wentworth Institute of Technology, Sam has held a number of higher education consulting positions. Prior to joining Jenzabar, he was a Business Development Manager at BearingPoint, one of the world’s largest business consulting, systems integration, and managed services firms. Sam holds a Master’s in Education from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Oswego.
Mimi leads Jenzabar’s Finance and Information Technology departments. Prior to joining Jenzabar, she held the position of Vice President of Finance and Administration at Windham Professionals, a privately held service organization, where she was responsible for all accounting, revenue processing, information technology, and human resources functions. Mimi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.
Erik manages Jenzabar’s corporate development initiatives including partnerships and strategic investing. Erik’s extensive technology business development background includes: VP of Marketing and Sales at CMDI; Founder and President of Fundly, the internet’s largest social fundraising platform; and Founder and President of ElephantCalendar, a paper-based computing platform. Erik holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College.
Sashi is responsible for leading the Sales organization at Jenzabar. Sashi has more than 20 years of experience managing finances, human resources, and professional services. Prior to the merger of Jenzabar and Quodata Corporation, she served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Quodata. Sashi holds a Master’s in Industrial Relations and Business Administration from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois.
Cameron leads corporate strategy and development for Jenzabar, augmenting the company’s product portfolio through strategic partnerships, investments, and acquisitions. Prior to Jenzabar, Cameron led business and corporate development at Permabit, guided WhipTail as its President and CFO, and served technology industry clients as an investment banker with Revolution Partners, Deutsche Bank Securities, and BT Alex Brown, and as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company. Cameron holds a Master's of Business Administration in Finance from The Wharton School-University of Pennsylvania, a Master's degree in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the College of William and Mary.
Eileen oversees Jenzabar’s global marketing organization, with responsibility for building the brand and creating customer demand for our broad solution portfolio. She brings over 30 years of higher education industry experience from both the institution and technology side. Eileen began her career at the University of Richmond, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and the University of Florida. She then held various senior business development and product marketing management roles at: Workday, Pearson International, Datatel, and Peoplesoft. Eileen holds a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Richmond.
