Boston, MA –– October 2, 2012 - Jenzabar®, Inc., a leading provider of software, strategies and services for higher education, announced today that twelve institutions have selected Jenzabar Higher Reach™, the company’s continuing education and workforce development software, to date in 2012. Twelve colleges and universities have also successfully gone live on the software this year.
Jenzabar Higher Reach helps institutions of all types undertake, manage, and deliver continuing education, certificate, and workforce development programs. “Continuing education is really important to the University of Missouri-St. Louis. We carry the mission of the university out to the community through off campus credit courses, noncredit programs, and degree completion programs located at six area community colleges,” said Gina Ganahl, Associate Dean for the Division of Continuing Education at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. “Our team selected Jenzabar Higher Reach out of seventeen systems. Jenzabar is customer service-oriented, so we were confident that we would be able to fulfill our own customer service goals and deliver a user-friendly experience to our students.”
Among the schools that have chosen Jenzabar Higher Reach include California Baptist University, Mt. Hood Community College, Northampton Community College, Polk State College, Quinsigamond Community College, Southern State University, University of California Online Academy, and the University of California Online Education.
“Large research institutions, small privates, community colleges, online schools – higher education institutions of all types and sizes are expanding their continuing education, workforce development, certificate, and non-credit programs,” said Chris Hartigan, Jenzabar Vice President and General Manager, Continuing Education Business Unit. “They all need a system that works specifically for their respective and unique programs. Our continuing education software is designed to be forward-looking and evolve with the institution for a long-term partnership.”
